From Stuck To Unstuck within 30 Days

So many of us in the real estate industry find ourselves stuck from time to time. Sometimes we are stuck due to complacency, overwhelm or just find ourselves in a slump that we want to breakthrough.

No matter the reason, here are a few Simple Steps that will take you from Stuck to Unstuck within 30 days or less.

  1. Create a 20 Day Business Plan – Commit to working 5 days per week for the next 4 weeks.
  2. Commit 2 Calling Nights – Focus on working two nights per week for the next 4 weeks. This is where you will reach all of the people you have been trying to reach but keep getting their voicemail.
  3. Call ALL COI and Past Customers – Not only are these ‘feel good’ calls yet this is the list that is most likely to send you a referral immediately.
  4. Call ALL Expired’s from the last 6 months – These people still want to sell yet they have lost hope. Call them…They are ready to get in the game again.
  5. Call around all of you Just Sold’s or the Just Sold’s in your office – When one property sells in the area, another one goes on the market right away.
  6. Exercise in the morning or evening – When you feel better, you think clearer and when you think clearer, you do the things necessary to breakthrough.
  7. Start ever day with a goal to advance the ball – If you focus on winning then you are more likely to win. Start you day with an intention to breakthrough.

Your next breakthrough is closer than you think. Forget about yesterday and do the things today that will get you closer to what you really want from your career.
